James Bond is a fictional character created by Ian Fleming in 1952. Fleming died in 1964 just after the first James bond movie which was releasd in 1962. for those who dont know James Bond is spy for the mi6 ( for those who dont know that is the branch of the UK government that is responsible for Britains secret operitives around the globe, like the CIA).
